The Hillgrove Hotel, part of the iNUA Collection, is currently inviting applications for a senior Accounts Assistant to work as part of a busy Finance team, reporting to the Senior Accountant. This role requires an individual who is highly motivated and is a self-starter.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are:

  • Preparation of Weekly Revenue Reports
  • Purchase Ledger control
  • Processing Payments
  • Debtor Invoicing and Credit control
  • Payroll Management
  • Filing of all returns
  • Daily Revenue Audit
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to TB stage
  • Financial Analysis
  • Preparation of Weekly Revenue Reports

Candidates are required to demonstrate the following Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Accounts role
  • Excellent communications skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Problem Solver
