Job description

R&D Technology company based in County Kildare are looking for a the Sales Support Administrator

Role:

Providing day to day sales and marketing administration support to the commercial team. You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties in the commercial department including answering and escalating customer / reseller enquiries, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updating and reporting, website updates, generating and updating sales and marketing documentation, social media posting, customer follow up emails and phone calls, scheduling calls and facilitating customer visits and demonstrations.

Skills/Experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both telephone and face to face

· Good organisational skills

· Must have experience in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email

· Ability to work on one’s own initiative with minimal supervision while working as part of a team

· Motivated, enthusiastic and professional in approach and demeanour

· Results-orientated with excellent attention to detail

· Social media experience would be an advantage

· Experience with Netsuite (CRM), Adobe InDesign and WordPress would be an advantage
