Job Title: Digital Product CX Analyst
Department: BI & Data Analytics
Reports to: BI Manager
Location: BoyleSports, Gibraltar

The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Product CX Analyst to join our BI team and support the Marketing team where you will be based in our Gibraltar Office.

You will work as part of a dynamic squad to enhance our customer journey by understanding customers’ interactions with the BoyleSports brand across multiple platforms and providing data-driven insights about customer behaviours and product opportunities to key stakeholders. The objective is to drive conversion rates and improve customer experiences and loyalty.

You will also have a strategic mindset and can take a long-term view of future trends and implications and you will want to generate business insights to impact commercial drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Enablement: extracting and manipulating vast, complex data sets from multiple sources including cloud, data warehouse and online applications. Also administering our web tracking platforms including Google Analytics and ensuring the quality and integrity of any analysis that consumes the data.
Experimentation: Build and deliver customer journey experiments using a data-driven approach to the Product lifecycle which includes hypothesis setting, estimating test duration/cohort and analysis and communication of results.
Insight Generation: transforming and interpreting data into actionable insights about our customers and their behaviour to maximise customer conversion and engagement.
Customer Journey: Optimise key customer journeys on our sites and apps, working closely with our internal UX and CX teams and resolving issues that are causing friction for the customer journey and hampering conversion.
Reporting and Visualisation: presenting results and using tools including Tableau, PowerPoint, R etc. and flexing your communication style to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Backlog Management: prioritizing projects for self and team ensuring maximum business value.

A degree or higher in either Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
Experience in web analytics using Google Analytics or similar.
Experience working with large datasets and SQL programming languages.
Experience in executing and measuring the performance of A/B and multivariate tests.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis/insights to senior management.
Strong numerical and data abilities
Knowledge of software development good practices
2 years + experience in a similar role for an e-commerce/eGaming-based business/transactional website.
