Background:

We’re on the hunt for a talented Marketing Executive to join the creative & dynamic marketing function within Fit Foods at Dublin Meat Company.

This is an exciting time to join an established family business with an agile, entrepreneurial culture as we take our Fit Foods brand onto the stage of its development.

You’ll be a passionate marketer with existing experience who is keen to work with a rapidly growing, up-and-coming brand.

This opportunity will be particularly suited to a proactive, enthusiastic, social savvy marketer who likes to have fun and enjoys a varied role.

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Airside, Swords Co Dublin.

Contract: 4 days a week Hybrid. (open to discussion)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of marketing activity and campaigns including but not limited to Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, SEO, Brand Activation & Events, ABL & BTL Advertising Campaigns, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Instore Marketing, POS development and more.

Be part of the latest social media trends, developing and implementing creative ideas for campaigns and content across new and existing social media channels.

Manage customer communications via social media and email responding to any question, queries and complaints in a timely manner

Implement strategy to ensure Fit Foods online business achieves KPIs including conversion rates, repeat business and increased basket size.

Work alongside Marketing Manager to implement and maintain new E-Commerce website

Work alongside Area Manager to promote Dublin Meat Company Stores and keep them front of mind for customers

Work cross functionally with Business Development Manager and New Product Development Manager to ensure new product launches are delivered in a timely manner and are consistently within brand guidelines.

Work alongside the Marketing & Business Development Managers to exploit anyretail channel opportunities, to ensure Fit Foods has the strongest market presence and to ensure Fit Foods is consistently front of mind.

Ensure all marketing and communication touch points are consistently on brand.

Social media savvy and knows what’s hot and not on each platform

Detail oriented with excellent proofing skills

Creative thinker with an eye for design

Ability to roll sleeves up and get stuck in

Essential Criteria:

3+ years marketing experience in-house

Third-level qualification in a relevant subject

Experience managing brand social media accounts

Experience or interest in social media video creation

Ideally, candidates will have worked within an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.

Experience in a e-commerce, convenience brand or aggregator-style business would be preferable
